Returns and Exchanges

Love Marlow willingly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached. (No refunds will be provided. Store credit only.) Returns must be within 14 days of the original purchase date, and a receipt must be present. Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price item(s) when purchased. Items that are final sale, have the smell of cigarette smoke, have the smell of laundry detergent, or have visible wear from use will not be accepted. All returns are subject to denial or up to 25% restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
