Are you a creative and strategic social media professional with a passion for fashion, inclusivity, and empowering women? Love Marlow is hiring an In-House Social Media Manager to develop and execute a tailored strategy that connects with our customers and aligns with our mission to inspire confidence in women sizes 10–28. This position requires working on-site at our Sioux Falls, SD boutique.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be a key driver in growing our online presence, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing brand awareness—all while working in-house with our dynamic team.


Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a customized social media plan that reflects Love Marlow’s brand values, audience, and goals.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate in-house with owners and designers to produce visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work on-site with our social media advertiser and team members to brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas.
  • Community Engagement: Build genuine relationships with our followers through thoughtful interactions and consistent communication.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize strategies to achieve measurable results.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed on platform updates and industry trends to ensure our content and strategy remain relevant.

Requirements

  • Location: Sioux Falls Area; ability to work in-house at our boutique.
  • Proven Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns you’ve led.
  • Passion for Empowerment: A clear understanding of Love Marlow’s mission and customer base, with the ability to represent our values authentically.
  • Collaboration Skills: A team-oriented mindset and openness to feedback to create impactful campaigns.
  • Analytical Ability: Confidence in interpreting data, identifying trends, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A proactive approach to developing fresh ideas and engaging our audience.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple platforms effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with plus-size fashion and the unique needs of our customers.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or similar platforms.
