- This is our primary shipping method for items that can’t be shipped by air (HAZMAT restrictions apply)

Lost or Stolen Packages
Love Marlow will do our best to assist with packages determined to be lost or misdirected during transit.
- Customers are responsible for notifying us if a package is lost or misdirected, so we can begin the claims process
- We will work with USPS and the customer to determine the best possible resolution
- Love Marlow is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
- Undeliverable packages returned to us will be reshipped at the customer’s expense
- If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should file a claim directly with the delivery carrier
- A copy of a police report may be required before replacement assistance can be considered
- Love Marlow is not responsible for replacing stolen packages once marked as delivered
