Returns & Exchanges Policy
In-Store Purchases:
- Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.
- To qualify for exchange or store credit:
- Items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
- An original receipt is required.
- The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items
- Swimsuits
- Undergarments
- Jewelry
- Handbags
- Seasonal items
- Returns that do not comply with this policy may be denied or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original price.
- To request a return label, please email or call Love Marlow.
Holiday Returns & Exchanges:
- For in-store purchases made between November 1st and December 31st, the return window with a gift receipt is extended until January 15th.
- Store credit will be issued as a gift card, reflecting the original purchase price minus return label costs and any applicable restocking fee.
- Items will not be accepted if they:
- Are final sale
- The smell of cigarette smoke or laundry detergent
- Show visible signs of wear or use
- Sale items, earrings, single-use items, leggings, and undergarments remain final sale with no exceptions.

Shipping Information:
- All U.S. orders are subject to applicable state taxes. Shipping rates apply.
- Shipping timelines vary depending on the selected shipping option. Once the order ships, tracking information will be sent via email. Love Marlow is not responsible for the shipping timeframe.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Love Marlow will do our best to assist with packages determined to be lost or misdirected in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us if packages are lost or misdirected so we can start any processes on our end. Love Marlow will work with USPS and the customer to determine the best outcome.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the customer provides an incorrect address.
- Undeliverable packages returned to us will be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
- Customers should file a claim with the delivery service for packages marked as delivered but not received. We require a copy of the police report filed to assist with replacements. Ultimately, Love Marlow is not responsible for replacing stolen packages once delivered, as tampering with US mail is a federal crime.
Online Returns:
- Items may be returned for store credit within 14 business days from the delivery date.

- Items must be unwashed and unworn, with tags attached.
- A receipt must be provided.

- Store credit is issued as a gift card and will not include original shipping costs. Gift card codes will be emailed within 48-72 hours of receiving the return.

Online Exchanges:
- Due to limited quantities, exchanges are not offered. Customers may use their issued store credit to repurchase the desired size or style if available.
- Shipping rates apply to all orders.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise:
- Inspect all items upon receipt. Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery.
- Email a picture of the damaged/defective item along with the order number to info@shoplovemarlow.com. Customer service will respond within 24 hours.
Steps to Start the Return Process:
- Contact Love Marlow: Reach out to us via email or phone to request a return.
- Please provide Details: Explain what wasn’t working with the item and include your receipt or order number.
- Receive Return Label: We will email you a return label once it is approved.
- Prepare the Item: Ensure the item meets the return eligibility criteria (unwashed, unworn, tags attached).
- Ship the Item: Use the provided label to send the item back to us. Set up a USPS pick-up or stop at your local post office.
Price Adjustments:
- Love Marlow does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
