We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Inventory Coordinator to keep our boutique running smoothly behind the scenes. This position requires working on-site at our Sioux Falls, SD boutique.

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be a key driver in growing our online presence, fostering customer relationships, and enhancing brand awareness—all while working in-house with our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process new inventory with care and accuracy.
  • Match packing lists to merchandise to ensure everything is accounted for.
  • Measure, weigh, and record inventory details to maintain accuracy.
  • Label, tag, and package items.
  • Move and organize inventory in designated areas for easy access.
  • Inspect stock for quality, ensuring every item meets our high standards.
  • Assist with other floor and inventory-related tasks as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and encourage a team-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
  • A self-starter with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with inventory systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and perform various physical tasks.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule as needed.
  • Must be located in the Sioux Falls area.
