About Love Marlow
At Love Marlow, we specialize in stylish, size-inclusive fashion for women sizes 10-28. Since 2018, we’ve been a safe, empowering space for women to find clothing that fits, flatters, and boosts confidence. As a Part-Time Manager, you’ll play a key role in continuing this tradition of exceptional service while helping grow our boutique’s presence and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide the level of care and attention our customers have come to expect by helping them find flattering, stylish pieces that suit their needs and preferences.
- Merchandise Products: Showcase our inventory to highlight its appeal, styling products in a way that inspires customers.
- Fit and Style Expertise: Offer knowledgeable advice on garment fit, feel, and styling to ensure customers leave feeling confident and empowered.
- Support Marketing Campaigns & Events: Participate in brainstorming and executing creative marketing strategies and in-store events that align with Love Marlow’s brand.
- Social Media Savvy: Collaborate on social media initiatives, contributing ideas and content to engage our online community.
- Operations & Staff Management: Assist the owners with day-to-day store operations, staff supervision, and ensuring the boutique runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for fashion and helping women feel confident in their clothing.
- Strong understanding of garment fit and styling, with the ability to make flattering recommendations.
- Excellent customer service skills and a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Creative mindset for merchandising, event planning, and marketing collaboration.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends to support online engagement.
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities to support staff and store operations.
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
