Returns and Exchanges

Love Marlow Returns & Exchanges Policy
In-store purchases can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days with the original receipt and tags attached. Final sale items (e.g., sale items, swimsuits, undergarments, jewelry, handbags, seasonal items) cannot be returned or exchanged. Online returns are accepted within 14 business days for store credit only; exchanges are available if stock is available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Non-compliant returns may incur a refusal or restocking fee of up to 25% of purchased price. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Contact us via email or phone for return labels and assistance.
