Returns and Exchanges

Returns & Exchanges:

Love Marlow willingly accepts returns for unwashed, unworn, unaltered products with tags attached. (No refunds will be provided. In-store credit only.)

Returns must be within 14 days of the original purchase date, and a receipt must be present.

Credit will be issued in the form of a gift card for the price item(s)
were purchased at minus return label cost and restocking fee.

Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from use will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to a denial or restocking fee of up to 25% of the original cost if they do not meet our return policy.

All sale items, earrings, single-use items, leggings, and pieces considered an undergarment are final sale items. No exceptions. To request a return label, please email or call Love Marlow.

Holiday Returns & Exchanges:

During the holiday season we extend our return timeline to accommodate gift purchases. Any purchase made in-store between 12:00am on Nov 1st and 11:59pm on Dec 31st can be returned at any time up until 11:59pm on January 15th as long as you are utilizing a gift receipt.

Shipping:

All United States orders are subject to state tax, if applicable. Shipping rates do apply. Shipping dates vary based on the selected shipping option. Tracking information is provided via email when the order has shipped. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered within a reasonable time frame.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect address is provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be reshipped at customer expense.

We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to file a claim with the delivery service. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report.

 

Online Returns:

Original shipping costs will not be included in the credit.

Credit for returns will be issued within 48 - 72 hours from the time we received your return.

Items that are final sale, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from use will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to denial or a 25% restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.

All sale items, earrings, leggings, are final sale items. No exceptions, no exchanges.

 

Online Exchanges:

Due to limited quantities, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, upon receiving your credit for your return, you can repurchase the correct size/ style if it is still available.

Shipping rates due apply.

 

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/ defective item to info@shoplovemarlow.com, and you will hear back from customer service within 24 hours. Please include the order number in the subject line.

Love Marlow does not offer price adjustments on previously purchased items.
