Store Associate Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance: Provide recommendations, styling advice, and friendly service.
• Store Organization: Keep the store neat, stocked, and visually appealing.
• Styling Expertise: Learn our inventory and brands to offer personalized advice.
• Transaction Support: Help customers complete their purchases efficiently.
• Online Orders: Prepare and manage online orders for shipping or pickup.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet store goals.
• Cleaning Duties: Maintain a clean, inviting shopping space.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a professional demeanor.
• Retail experience preferred (customer service and merchandising).
• Strong communication skills and comfort in engaging with diverse customers.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional special events.
• Passion for empowering women and fostering confidence through fashion.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs., stand for long periods, and handle physical tasks.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Schedule

• Work 2–3 shifts per week, including nights and at least two weekends monthly.
