  • Exchanges/store credit within 14 days with original receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
  • Final Sale items: Sale items, swimsuits, undergarments, jewelry, handbags, seasonal items.
  • Return requests not following the policy may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

Holiday Returns:

  • Purchases from Nov 1 – Dec 31 have until Jan 15 for returns with gift receipt.
  • Final Sale items remain non-returnable.

Online Purchases:

  • Returns for store credit within 14 days from delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags attached.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
  • Store credit issued via gift card within 48-72 hours.

Exchanges:

  • No exchanges due to limited stock. Use store credit to repurchase.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • Report within 3 days of delivery with photos for replacement.
